Gifting with Sophelia

Jewellery is often chosen to say something words cannot: I love you, I am proud of you, I am always with you. So we want the moment it is opened to feel as special as the piece inside. Every order arrives ready to gift, and with our luxury gift packaging, it arrives wrapped and ready to hand over.

Luxury gift packaging: £5

Choose Luxury Gift Packaging at checkout and every gift is wrapped by hand in our studio. Chris is our master gift-wrapper. Here is what you will receive:

• Your jewellery in our signature Sophelia box
• Sophelia tissue paper, sealed with our gold foil sticker
• A gift bag tied with a grosgrain ribbon bow
• A jewellery polishing cloth in a Sophelia envelope
• A warranty card, so the recipient can register their 1 year guarantee
• A personalised, printed gift note (optional, and free on every order)

How we wrap your gift

1. Boxed and wrapped in tissue

Your piece is placed in our signature box, then wrapped in Sophelia tissue paper and sealed with our gold foil sticker.

2. Into the gift bag

The wrapped box goes into our gift bag with a warranty card and a jewellery polishing cloth in its own Sophelia envelope, and the bag is finished with a ribbon bow.

3. Your warranty card and gift note

Every gift includes our warranty card, so the person you love can register their 1 year guarantee. If you add a gift note, we print your message on one of our cards and tuck it in too. Gift notes are free on every website order.

4. Packed for the journey

The gift bag fits snugly inside our mailer box and is covered with black tissue paper, so it arrives exactly as we packed it. When the lid opens, the first thing they will read is "So nice to finally meet you". The box is then sealed with its own adhesive strip, ready for its journey.

5. On its way

We dispatch gift orders within 1 to 2 working days, apart from engraved pieces, which take 2 to 3 working days. We send them by:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: tracked and secure, usually arriving 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery: for next day delivery. Order by 12pm, Monday to Friday.
• Royal Mail International: for gifts sent overseas.

Giving it in person?

Simply lift the gift bag out of the mailer box and it is ready to give.

Is luxury gift packaging worth it?

For £5 your piece arrives in our gift bag with a ribbon bow, with a polishing cloth and warranty card, packed inside our signature mailer box. It is ready to hand over, or to send straight to the person you love.

Can I add a gift note?

Yes. A personalised, printed gift note is free on every website order. Add your message in the Gift note box at checkout.

Can you send the gift straight to the recipient?

Yes. Your delivery address does not need to match your billing address, so we can send it directly to them.

How quickly are gift orders sent?

We dispatch gift orders within 1 to 2 working days, apart from engraved pieces, which take 2 to 3 working days. We send them by Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail Special Delivery for next day, or Royal Mail International.
