How do I stop necklaces tangling?
Store each chain separately with the clasp done up, and lay it flat or hang it. When you travel, thread a chain through a drinking straw and fasten the clasp outside it.
How should I store gold plated jewellery?
Keep each piece in a closed, lined compartment, away from moisture, perfume and lotions, and wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing. Our care guide has more tips.
Is a jewellery box a good gift?
Yes. It makes a thoughtful gift on its own, or alongside a new piece of jewellery so it has somewhere safe to live.
