Shipping and Delivery

We pack and send every order ourselves from our studio in Hertfordshire, so we can get your jewellery to you quickly. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days, and if you need it sooner, choose Next Day Delivery at checkout.

Free UK delivery

When you order through our website, standard UK delivery is free and tracked, with no minimum spend. We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Next day delivery

Need it tomorrow? Choose Next Day Delivery (£4.95) at checkout and order by 12pm, Monday to Friday. We'll send it the same day by Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed by 1pm the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday go out the next working day.

Engraved pieces

We engrave in-house and we're strict on quality, so engraved pieces take 2 to 3 working days to dispatch.

International delivery

Distance shouldn't stop you from showing a loved one you're thinking of them. We ship anywhere in the world we're allowed to.

International delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout. International orders may incur customs duties or taxes, which the recipient may need to pay, depending on the delivery country.
