Shipping and Delivery

As we ship from our office in Hertfordshire, we can offer fast delivery across the UK. When you shop directly through our website, we get the orders out to you as soon as possible. Often, orders which come in by 10am are dispatched by Chris in the office on the same day. If you’d like your order sent as fast as possible, make sure you select the right shipping option, and get in touch with us at support@sophelia,com so we can prioritise the packing. 

Free UK delivery

When you order through our website, you get free, tracked delivery for UK items – no minimum spend needed.

We dispatch items with Royal Mail Tracked 48 within 1-2 working days, and if you’re in a rush, we also have Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm for all Next Day UK orders.

Engraved items take a little longer to ship, as we engrave in-house and we’re strict on our quality control. These items take 2-3 working days to ship.

International delivery

Distance shouldn’t stop you from showing a loved one you’re thinking of them with a thoughtful gift. We’re pleased to say we’ll ship your gifts anywhere in the world we’re allowed to. 

Additional fees do apply when shipping internationally – these will be calculated and shown at checkout. Please note that international orders may incur customs duties or taxes which the buyer may be responsible for, depending on the delivery country.
