What is the June birthstone?
June is one of the few months with three birthstones: pearl, moonstone and alexandrite. All three are here, so you can choose the one that suits them best.
What do the June birthstones mean?
Pearl has long been linked with purity and wisdom, moonstone with new beginnings and the moon, and alexandrite with luck and balance. Pearl is also the traditional gift for a 30th wedding anniversary.
Are your June birthstones real?
Many of our pearl pieces use natural freshwater pearls and some moonstone pieces feature natural moonstone. Alexandrite is very rare, so those pieces use alexandrite CZ or crystal, and each product page lists the exact stone.
Which June birthstone should I choose?
Pearl is the classic, moonstone has a soft milky glow, and alexandrite gives the most sparkle. If they wear a lot of colour, alexandrite's purple tone is a nice change from white.
Can I return it?
Yes. Website orders can be returned free within 30 days of receiving them, unworn and in their original packaging. Anything ordered from 1 November can be returned until 31 January, and engraved pieces can only be returned if faulty.
