How do I find my ring size?
Measure around your finger with a soft tape measure and compare it with our UK ring size chart, which also shows US sizes. Many of our rings are adjustable, which makes them easier to buy as a gift.
Are your rings adjustable?
Many are, including our double heart, initial and minimalist emerald rings, so they are a safe choice when you do not know their size. Each product page says whether a ring is adjustable.
What are your rings made of?
Our rings come in 925 sterling silver, 18ct gold vermeil and 18ct gold plated finishes, set with stones such as CZ, moissanite, turquoise and opal. The exact metal and stone are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my ring?
Take it off before washing your hands, swimming or applying lotions, and store it in a soft pouch or a lined jewellery box so it does not scratch against other pieces. A gentle buff with a soft polishing cloth brings back the shine.
Can I return it?
Yes. Website orders can be returned free within 30 days of receiving them, unworn and in their original packaging. Anything ordered from 1 November can be returned until 31 January, and engraved pieces can only be returned if faulty.
