Last order dates for Christmas

Free UK delivery: order by Friday 18 December.

Next Day Delivery (£4.95): order by 12pm on Tuesday 22 December.

UK mainland. Dates are based on Royal Mail's Christmas service and we'll update them if Royal Mail's dates change. Engraved pieces need an extra 2 to 3 working days, so please order those a little earlier.

How long will delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. Free standard delivery goes by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and usually arrives 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Need it sooner? Choose Next Day Delivery at checkout and order by 12pm, Monday to Friday, for Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm the next working day.

International orders usually arrive within 2 weeks. Charges are shown at checkout.

Christmas returns

Anything ordered from 1 November can be returned until 31 January, so you can buy early and still swap after the day. UK returns are free. See our Returns and Exchanges page.

Can I delay my delivery?

Yes. Leave a note at checkout and we'll send your order when you'd like it.

Can you deliver to a different address?

Yes, your delivery address doesn't need to match your billing address, so you can send a gift straight to them.

Something not right?

If you receive the wrong item, email support@sopheliaandco.com with your order number and we'll put it right free of charge.
