5 Year Luxe Warranty

Our Luxe pieces are made to be worn and loved for years, so every piece in our Luxe Collection comes with a 5 year warranty against tarnish, from the date you receive it.

If your Luxe piece tarnishes within those 5 years, we will repair or replace it. Luxe pieces are also covered by our 1 year guarantee against manufacturing faults, like all our jewellery. Just email us at support@sopheliaandco.com with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out for you.

The warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or repairs made by someone else.

This warranty is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer and does not affect them.
