Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
All of our jewellery is nickel free and lead free, which makes it a comfortable choice for most sensitive ears. Each product page names the exact metal.
What is a huggie earring?
A huggie is a small, thick hoop that sits close to the ear lobe, so it feels secure and comfortable enough for everyday wear. Many of ours carry a birthstone or a small charm.
What are the stones in your earrings?
It depends on the pair. Many are set with high grade CZ, while some feature natural stones such as freshwater pearl or opal, and each product page lists the exact stone under Materials.
Can I add luxury gift packaging?
Yes. Add luxury gift packaging at checkout for £5 and your piece comes in a gift bag with ribbon, along with a polishing cloth and a warranty card. Every order can also include a free gift note with your message.
Can I return it?
Yes. Website orders can be returned free within 30 days of receiving them, unworn and in their original packaging. Anything ordered from 1 November can be returned until 31 January, and engraved pieces can only be returned if faulty.
