How do I find the right bracelet size?
Every product page lists the length under Dimensions, and many of our bracelets are adjustable for an easy fit. If in doubt, measure a bracelet they already wear.
What is a tennis bracelet?
A tennis bracelet is a single line of evenly set stones, made for everyday sparkle. Our gold tennis bracelets have 0.5 micron 18ct gold plating over sterling silver with a protective e-coating.
Can I wear my bracelet in the shower?
For most pieces we recommend taking them off, as water and soap can dull gold and silver over time. The exception is our PVD gold plated stainless steel tennis bangles, which are waterproof.
Is it guaranteed?
Every piece has a 1 year guarantee against manufacturing faults, and our Luxe pieces carry a 5 year warranty against tarnish. If something goes wrong, email support@sopheliaandco.com and we will put it right.
Can I return a Christmas gift?
Yes. Anything ordered from 1 November can be returned until 31 January, unworn and in its original packaging, and UK returns are free. The person who received the gift can return it too, with the refund going to the original payment method.
