Can I add luxury gift packaging?
Yes. Add luxury gift packaging at checkout for ÂŁ5 and your piece comes in a gift bag with ribbon, along with a polishing cloth and a warranty card. Every order can also include a free gift note with your message.
How quickly can I get a gift?
We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days with free UK delivery. Order by 12pm, Monday to Friday, with Next Day Delivery (ÂŁ4.95) and it will arrive by 1pm the next working day.
When is the last order date for Christmas?
For UK delivery before Christmas, order by Friday 18 December with free delivery, or by 12pm on Tuesday 22 December with Next Day Delivery (ÂŁ4.95). Engraved pieces need an extra 2 to 3 working days, so please order those a little earlier.
Can I return a Christmas gift?
Yes. Anything ordered from 1 November can be returned until 31 January, unworn and in its original packaging, and UK returns are free. The person who received the gift can return it too, with the refund going to the original payment method.
